This Green Yerba Mate tea is a part of the 2014 Spring collection at David’s Tea! Containing papaya, pineapple, and natural flavouring, Main Squeeze has a delicious citrusy taste that is perfect for the morning. While I’m not usually a fan of citrusy teas, I really enjoyed this one! The best word to describe it? Refreshing! The Mate in Main Squeeze was also a great pick me up! I was feeling really tired this morning, and couldn’t stop yawning, but after drinking a cup of this tea I noticed almost an immediate difference in my energy level and alertness. I might just have to stop by David’s Tea to pick up some more before it’s gone!
Rating: 4 Teacups

Book: Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson
I’ve notice a huge resurgence of Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn trilogy in social media recently (maybe from all the Game of Thrones fans looking for something else to read?), so I was really excited to finally read this book for myself! Mistborn is a fantasy novel that focuses on a world of ash and mist that is ruled by an immortal emperor known as the Lord Ruler. The only person to have survived the wrath of the Lord Ruler is Kelsier, an ex-gang leader who has suddenly found himself with the immense powers of a Mistborn. Mistborns possess the ability to persuade people’s emotions, enhance their senses and physical strength, and manipulate metals. Determined to seek revenge against the Lord Ruler, Kelsier forms a new gang to help end the Final Empire. I’m about 200 pages into Mistborn so far, and I’m really enjoying it! I’m fascinated by the world that Sanderson has created, and I’m looking forward to seeing how Kelsier’s plan unfolds.
